The Old Town of Hội An, Vietnam is an atmospheric historic town, major trading port in the past, with Chinese, Japanese and European influences. Inscribed on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites: "Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site." Also in the video - the nearby ruins of the Mỹ Sơn sanctuary - another UNESCO World Heritage site - religious and political capital of the Champa Kingdom, built between the 4th and 13th centuries.
